About Us

Liz's interest in the healing arts, aside from being the mother of three children, started during her work as a medical assistant. In addition to work at the renowned Oschner Clinic in Louisiana, she's spent time working as a medical assistant in diverse practice settings including pediatrics and podiatry.

Liz's natural curiousity, coupled with her experience led her to persue training in Reiki and , ultimately to graduate from the Wisconsin School of Massage Therapy in Germantown, Wisconsin. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Wisconsin. In addition, she is certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) and is also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). Liz offers her clients a wide range of services including relaxation, therapeutic, hot stone massage, massage cupping, as well as practicing Reiki and reflexology. As of August 2010, there are only 17 therapists in Wisconsin trained and Certified in Massage Cupping, and Liz is one of them.

Liz's clients often refer to her as having intuitive hands and an ability to not only locate body areas in need of attention, but the ability to relieve pain, help reduce stress and add to their feelings of balance and well-being.

Liz describes her approach as "focused on the wellness of my clients in a professional, caring atmosphere. I'm fortunate to be doing something I love."

Liz has recently completed her work to become a Reiki Master under the leadership and guidance of Murray M. Bernstein, Ph.D.
