Sports Massage is a special form of massage and is typically used before, during, and after athletic events. The purpose of the massage is to prepare the athlete for peak performance, to drain away fatigue, to relieve swelling, to reduce muscle tension, to promote flexibility and to prevent injuries. We offer Pre-event and Post-event massage.
Hot Stone Therapy

Hot stones gathered from Lake Michigan are heated to a therapeutic temperature of 110 to 120 degrees. We use oil to massage the body and warm the muscles. Essential Oils can be added at your request, no extra charge. Using Relaxation techniques, the deep penetrating warmth will melt away your tension, and you will experience peacefulness and relaxation.
Chair Massage

Chair massage is a short massage, anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes, done through the clothing. It typically focuses on key tension areas in the back, neck, shoulders and arms. A professional practitioner performs it in a specially designed ergonomic massage chair. Chair massage is available for your office or group setting.
