Foot Massage Class
Have you ever wanted to treat your loved one to a Really Wonderful foot massage, but aren't sure how to go about it? In this class you will learn some basic relaxation massage techniques as well as a few reflexology techniques. Classes are fast moving, participant centered, and fun!
Class sizes are small, to maximize your learning. You'll receive handouts and lotion samples to use at home. You'll be able to rush right home and practice what you've learned.

Head, Neck & Shoulder Massage Class
How often have you heard your loved one say " Honey, could you rub my shoulders?"
In this class you will learn how to give a Lovey Head, Neck & Shoulder massage to help relax and
relieve discomfort. You will learn a little bit about the muscles, as well as relaxation massage techniques to use. Classes are fast moving, participant centered and fun! You'll be able to apply what you've learned in class at home.
